Ashley Rosser is the President and Owner of Victory Wealth Partners, an independent fiduciary wealth management and retirement consulting firm serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout South Jersey and beyond. Ashley acquired the firm in 2024 after spending more than 15 years helping guide its growth and client relationships.
Today, she leads the firm’s strategic vision while working directly with clients on retirement planning, investment management, and 401(k) consulting.
Ashley joined the family business in 2009, working alongside her father, Bud Verfaillie, who built the firm on a foundation of fiduciary responsibility, personal relationships, and community involvement. After spending a decade as a pediatric nurse, Ashley was drawn to the opportunity to help families in a different way. She enjoys guiding them through important financial decisions and helping them prepare for the future.
Over the next fifteen years, she became an integral part of the firm’s growth, learning every aspect of the business while helping expand its wealth management and retirement plan services. In 2024, Ashley proudly assumed ownership of the firm, continuing the legacy her father established while positioning Victory Wealth Partners for the next generation of clients.
Ashley brings a unique perspective to financial planning shaped by her nursing background. Years spent caring for children and supporting families through difficult circumstances taught her the importance of compassion, communication, and thoughtful guidance. Those same qualities continue to define her approach as a financial advisor today.
As a fiduciary advisor, Ashley specializes in retirement planning, investment management, and 401(k) consulting. She works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop personalized strategies designed to help them achieve their long-term financial goals while navigating life’s inevitable uncertainties.
Growing up in New Jersey, Ashley remains deeply connected to her community and is passionate about giving back. She actively participates in local initiatives, including organizing coat drives for children and providing scholarships to local high school students. She values the opportunity to work in her hometown, where she can make a meaningful impact on the lives of her neighbors while providing personalized financial guidance.
Ashley has been married for more than 20 years and is the proud mother of three children. While she enjoys distance running and completed her first full Ironman triathlon in 2021, her greatest joy comes from supporting her children in their many activities and milestones.
In 2023, Ashley became a breast cancer survivor, an experience that provided a profound understanding of life’s uncertainties and reinforced the importance of planning for both expected and unexpected challenges.
That journey strengthened her commitment to helping clients make informed decisions and focus on what matters most. Through her leadership at Victory Wealth Partners, Ashley remains dedicated to preserving the client-first values established by her father while continuing to grow and evolve the firm for future generations.
